About Dominique
I’m an instructional designer with more than six years of experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating data-informed learning experiences.
My background in education strengthened my ability to analyze learner needs, write measurable objectives, create engaging learning materials, assess progress, and improve learning experiences using performance data. I now apply those skills to workplace learning by creating practical, learner-centered solutions that help people build skills and perform with confidence on the job.
I enjoy turning complex information into clear, purposeful learning experiences that support real behavior change and measurable outcomes.
What I Offer
Analyze learner needs and performance gaps to identify the right learning solution
Design eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning experiences aligned to clear objectives
Create storyboards, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and learner-facing resources
Build scenario-based activities and knowledge checks that promote application, not just recall
Use learner feedback and performance data to evaluate and improve learning experiences
Partner with stakeholders to create training that supports organizational goals
I approach learning design as a performance problem to solve, not simply content to deliver. My goal is to create clear, relevant experiences and practical resources that help learners apply new skills when it matters.
